1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of the Gracefields Pickleball online court booking service (“the Service”). By booking a court you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Bookings
Court reservations are made for one-hour increments on a first-come, first-served basis. A slot is only confirmed once full payment is received. While you complete payment, the slot is held for a short window; if payment is not completed in time, the hold is released and the slot becomes available to others.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in Philippine Peso (₱) and may vary by time of day (day and night rates). Payments are processed securely by PayMongo; we do not store your card details. Active members may receive a discount, applied automatically at checkout.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Conduct & venue rules
You agree to follow all venue rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines while on the premises. We may refuse service or cancel a booking for misuse, non-payment, or unsafe behavior.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gracefields Pickleball is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or the courts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
