What we collect
To process a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, and address. For members, we also store membership status. Payment card details are collected and processed by PayMongo — we never see or store them.
How we use it
We use your information only to confirm and manage your bookings, send booking receipts and updates, apply member discounts, and handle refunds or support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the booking service: PayMongo (payments), our hosting and database providers, and our email provider for sending receipts. Each processes data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law. Contact the venue to make a request.
