Confirmed bookings
A court booking is confirmed only after full payment. Because court time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations are handled case-by-case by venue staff.
Requesting a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact the venue front desk as early as possible and quote your booking reference (shown on your receipt). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayMongo and may take several business days to appear.
No-shows & late arrivals
Bookings not used at the reserved time are generally non-refundable. Late arrival does not extend your slot, as the next slot may be reserved by another player.
Venue-initiated cancellations
If the venue cancels a confirmed booking (e.g., maintenance, weather, or an operational issue), you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
Failed or incomplete payments
If payment is not completed within the hold window, no charge is made and the slot is released automatically — there is nothing to refund.
